Fountain Homes has established a new web residence with their reconstructed site located at www.fountainhome.com.

Built by Oak Park based BizNet Internet Solutions, the new site offers an array of features for the new home buyer. Family-owned Fountain Homes, based in Brownstown, has developed the site to provide a personalized home buying experience for their customers. Formed in 1996, the company provides single family homes with a variety of floor plans and price ranges as well as quality, affordable condominiums primarily in the downriver area and surrounding communities.

Company founder Rodney Walker said the site mirrors the company philosophy of setting the standard for the building industry. “Fountain Homes has, from the very beginning, set the standard for the building industry today. We are redefining the way in which both the home building industry responds to the market and its customers. Our new website helps us to fulfill this promise and reflects our commitment to superior workmanship,” he said.

Home buyers can complete their entire purchase online at the Fountain website. Visitors can view each of Fountain’s developments, make a lot selection and select standard and custom features for the house they choose. A link to financing options even allows the Fountain customer to apply for a mortgage. Another unique aspect of the site are the links to community information on each of the municipalities in which their developments are located, including information on school systems, city government and local attractions.

According to Biznet president Kevin Krason, the development team designed a site to reflect the
